How do I rent a unit?

Pick a size and tap Rent to finish online in a few minutes, or tap reserve by text and a person here will hold it in your name. You can also call and do the whole thing on the phone.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Every lease is month to month, with no long-term contract and no penalty for moving out early. You give notice when you are done.

What are the access hours?

The gate is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The office is open daily, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Central (9 to 9 Eastern).

How does the first month discount work?

Rent at the online rate and your first month is discounted, applied automatically to your first invoice. The regular rate starts in your second month. There is no code to enter.

Is the facility monitored?

Yes. Video surveillance cameras cover the property. Tenant protection plans are also available if you want an extra layer of coverage for your belongings.

Are the units climate controlled?

No. Every unit here is a ground-level drive-up unit with a roll-up door, so you can pull up to the door and unload straight in.

What sizes do you have?

Drive-up units in 5×10, 10×10, 10×15 and 10×20. A car fits the 10×20. Call or text and we will match you to the right size.

Can I change to a different size later?

Yes. You can move to a different size based on availability. Call or text and the team will set it up.

How do I pay my bill?

Is Northshore Secure Storage close to Mandeville, Slidell and Abita Springs?

Do I need an ID to rent a unit?

No. You do not need to show an ID to rent a unit here.

Do I need to bring my own lock?

No. We have a lock available if you need one. Just ask when you rent.
